Safety is our biggest concern.

Due to the occurring COVID-19 pandemic, we have been working hard to implement safety protocols to ensure that our clients travel safe. This entails staff training, providing our travelers with masks and sanitizing gel, and ensuring that our partners are following local regulation.

Therefore, this is our committment to our clients:

✓ We will provide our groups with KF94/FFP2 masks and sanitizing gel to use during the trip.

✓ We will update our groups before and during the trip on any existing security measure and any changes.

✓ Our tour guides and staff are trained to deal with any kind of issue that may arise during the trip.

✓ Our partners and suppliers, including shops, showrooms, tasting venues/shops, museums, shows, theatre, concert halls, factories & farms, follow likeminded health, sanitation, disinfection and hygiene protocols aligned with local regulation.

✓ Our partner restaurants follow likeminded health, sanitation, disinfection and hygiene and food safety protocols to protect guests.
